I love creating custom, themed knives, and for this completely unique, one-of-a-kind set, I chose a bee-inspired theme!
This set features my Western-style Paring Knife and my Obelisk Veg Cleaver. In keeping with the theme, the handles are crafted from honeycomb resin that sparkles in sunlight, accented with brass pins. The stainless steel blades are finished with a custom honeycomb and bee etch, completing the look.
A perfect way to start or expand your collection! The paring knife is my most-used kitchen knife—ideal for countless small tasks, quick to handle, and easy to clean. The veg cleaver is incredibly versatile; its slight tip allows access to smaller areas, while the tall blade truly shines for fine slicing when using the claw grip, keeping your knuckles safely in contact with the blade.
